We headed to Carmarthen, which claims to be one of the oldest towns in Wales, with an expectation to have a lunch in one of its quaint Welsh cafes serving up bowls of cawl. Instead we stumbled across Florentinos, an Italian restaurant serving up generous portions of pasta and pizzas cooked in their wood fired pizza oven!
We hate stopping at services, so instead we’re always on the look out for an alternative place to stop for a break. The Five Bells in Wickham is just 5 minutes from junction 14 on the M4 and is a lovely family friendly cosy pub, serving up delicious grub. So much better than services!
My sister, who lives in Cardiff, had been interested in trying out the French Restaurant Chez Francis in Canton, so as we were all together…
A very family friendly meal at Wagamama’s, introducing little ones to new flavours.
